Descrizione:Tanzisertib is a small molecule that is being studied for the treatment of cancer. It has been shown to inhibit the phosphorylation of c-jun and collagen, which are proteins that play an important role in the development of cardiac disease. Tanzisertib inhibits the binding of a number of protein inhibitors, such as erythropoietin receptor (EPOR), epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 (VEGFR2).
