Descrizione:Trifluorocrotonic acid is a reactive compound that is used as a modifier in organic synthesis. It has been shown to be an active ingredient in the treatment of helminth infections. Research has shown that trifluorocrotonic acid can be converted to 4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethylpyrrole by reaction with amines. This conversion produces ethyl esters, which are isomers of crotonic acid. Trifluorocrotonic acid can also react with toll-like receptor 2 (TLR2) and its ligand lipopolysaccharide (LPS).
