Descrizione

(S)-cis-Verbenol is a pheromone that is used in the control of leishmania, ipsenol, and hydroxy group. (S)-cis-Verbenol has been shown to have an effect on locomotor activity in infantum and citratus, as well as food composition in cd-1 mice. It also inhibits pro-inflammatory cytokines and protozoan parasites. This compound has been shown to have synergistic effects with other compounds such as citronellal, nerolidol, and neryl acetate. In addition, (S)-cis-Verbenol has been found to be one of the homologues of the three compounds cis-verbenol, trans-verbenol, and verbenone.
