Descrizione:4-Fluoro-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid is a benzoxazole that inhibits the activity of human cytochrome P450 enzymes. It binds to the pyrazole ring and halogen substituents on the pyrazoles, which are inhibitors of human cytochrome P450 enzymes. 4-Fluoro-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid has been shown to be selective for human cytochrome P450 enzymes over other species, such as rat or mouse. The benzoxazoles in this molecule have been shown to be potent inhibitors of the enzyme human cytochrome P450 2C9 (CYP2C9) with IC50 values of 0.8 μM and 1.2 μM for 4-fluoro-1H-pyrazole-3 carboxylic acid and 3-(4'-fluorophenyl)-5,6,7,
