Informazioni sul prodotto
SPA70 is a bacterial translocation activator that binds to the activating receptor and promotes the activation of the response elements. It interacts with a number of drugs, including anti-cancer agents, antibiotics, and other antimicrobial peptides. SPA70 has been shown to be an analog of a natural antimicrobial peptide that exhibits anti-microbial activity against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. The drug elimination half-life is 3 hours in humans. SPA70 has been shown to have anticancer properties in mice with colon cancer by inhibiting cell proliferation. This drug also has adverse effects on the liver and kidneys, which may be due to its ability to inhibit drug metabolism via cytochrome P450 enzymes or glutathione reductase.
