Descrizione:UNC 2400 is a catalytic subunit that belongs to the family of histone deacetylases (HDACs). It plays a key role in the regulation of gene expression, and its inhibition has been shown to be an effective cancer treatment. UNC 2400 has also been shown to be an effective adjuvant for vaccines against high-risk diseases. UNC 2400 inhibits HDAC activity by binding to the catalytic site, thereby preventing the removal of acetyl groups from lysine residues on histones. This leads to transcriptional activation and increased expression of genes that promote cell proliferation. The use of UNC 2400 in therapeutics has been limited due to its low expression in murine leukemia cells.
