Descrizione:PNR-7-02 is a predictive biomarker for chemoresistance in cancer cells by measuring the frequency of mutations. It is a ternary complex that binds to DNA and inhibits its replication. PNR-7-02 has been shown to be an effective chemotherapeutic agent against skin cancer and malignant brain tumors. It binds to the polymerase, which prevents it from transcribing DNA, leading to cell death. This drug also inhibits the production of nucleotides and ATP, which may be due to its ability to bind with dna replication proteins. PNR-7-02 has been shown to inhibit cisplatin resistance in human ovarian cancer cells by preventing the formation of ternary complexes with cisplatin and DNA.
