There are some cardiac effects associated with Roxithromycin that may be related to its ability to inhibit serotonin reuptake. This drug also has anti-inflammatory properties and has been shown to be effective against influenza virus infections as well as other infectious diseases such as tuberculosis and HIV/AIDS.
