Descrizione:4-Aminooxane-4-carboxamide is a degradative enzyme inhibitor that has been shown to be effective in the treatment of autoimmune diseases, such as pulmonary disease and chronic inflammatory syndrome. 4-Aminooxane-4-carboxamide inhibits cathepsin by binding to the active site of the enzyme and blocking its catalytic activity. This drug inhibits the production of enzymes that are involved in the degradation of α-amino acids, which are important for protein synthesis. 4-Aminooxane-4-carboxamide has also been shown to inhibit other degradative enzymes such as chymotrypsin and elastase.
