Descrizione:BCH001 is a cell-based therapy that is indicated for use in neonates with congenital heart disease. It can be used to treat pulmonary fibrosis. BCH001 is an autologous bone marrow mononuclear cell product that contains telomerase, which has the ability to stabilize and maintain telomere length. The cells are injected into the patient’s blood stream and travel through the body. BCH001 cells have been shown to be able to differentiate into various types of cells such as cardiomyocytes and endothelial cells, depending on its environment. BCH001 also has the ability to stimulate production of pluripotent stem cells by activating genes that control pluripotency markers, making it a potential treatment for congenital diseases in children.
