• Descrizione: KB03-SLF is a heterobifunctional cross-linker that can be used for covalent labeling of ubiquitin in cells. KB03-SLF reacts with the side chain of lysine residues on ubiquitin protein and is able to form covalent bonds with amino groups on proteins. The reaction between KB03-SLF and ubiquitin is catalyzed by e3 ligase, which is responsible for the removal of ubiquitin from polyubiquitinated proteins. This reaction will lead to proteolysis and degradation of the polyubiquitinated protein. Using this method, KB03-SLF can be used as a degrader in proteomic experiments.
