Descrizione:Anlotinib is a drug that belongs to a class of drugs called kinase inhibitors. It has been shown to inhibit tumor growth by targeting the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and the c-kit receptor. Anlotinib also inhibits proliferation in vitro, induces apoptosis, and suppresses tumour growth in vivo. In addition, Anlotinib can be used as a monotherapy or in combination with other anti-cancer agents such as hydrochloric acid, cyclophosphamide, and paclitaxel. The clinical studies show that it may have a prognostic value for patients with advanced solid tumours.
