Descrizione:Vecabrutinib is a Toll-like receptor (TLR) modulator that binds to TLRs and blocks the activation of TLRs, thereby inhibiting the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines. Vecabrutinib has been shown to be effective against chronic lymphocytic leukemia, as well as in other cancers such as lung cancer and melanoma. Vecabrutinib has also been shown to have anti-inflammatory effects in mice with autoimmune diseases. This drug inhibits the activation of TLR4, which is involved in the initiation of immune responses against infectious agents, tumor cells, or foreign materials. It was also found to be effective at inhibiting symptoms of arthritis and reducing pain associated with inflammatory diseases. The effective dose for this drug is not yet known.
