KN 92 also prevents the development of structural heart disease in rats, which may be due to its ability to maintain normal cardiac function and a reduction in the overload of Ca2+. KN 92 improves cardiac output by increasing dopamine levels in the atria and ventricles, which increases heart rate. This drug can cause side effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headache, fatigue and dizziness.
