It has been shown to increase urine production by reducing the concentration of natriuretic peptides in the body. Epanolol also has anti-inflammatory effects and can be used for the treatment of skin conditions such as psoriasis. Epanolol has a terminal half-life of about six hours and an effective dose range of 10-40 mg/day.
