Descrizione:Quiflapon is a drug that belongs to the class of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. It is used for the treatment of inflammation and pain associated with conditions such as bronchial asthma, resistant breast cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, and autoimmune diseases. Quiflapon has been shown to increase the rate at which fluid leaves the body through urination (glomerular filtration rate) by blocking the production of prostaglandins that are responsible for increasing renal blood flow. It also inhibits protease activity, thereby reducing inflammation in the bowel. Quiflapon may be effective in treating bowel diseases such as ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease by inhibiting toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) signalling pathways in immune cells.
