Descrizione:Sting agonist 12b is a research tool for the study of G-protein coupled receptors. It is an activator ligand that binds to the receptor and causes a conformational change in the receptor protein, which activates or inhibits an ion channel. Sting agonist 12b has been shown to bind to α1A-adrenergic receptors and inhibit cAMP production, while also binding to β2-adrenergic receptors and activating cAMP production. This compound has been shown to bind to human IgE and induce histamine release from mast cells. Sting agonist 12b is highly purified (>90%) with a purity of >99% by HPLC and exhibits no detectable impurities by NMR spectroscopy.
