Descrizione:Amidephrine is a type of fatty acid that is used as a drug in the treatment of infectious diseases and certain types of cancer. It binds to cytosolic Ca2+, which increases the level of this ion in the cytosol and leads to an increase in intracellular cAMP levels. Amidephrine also acts as an agonist for 2-adrenergic receptors, leading to vasoconstriction and increased heart rate. The effects of Amidephrine are mediated by its binding to adrenergic receptors on fat cells, liver cells, and gland cells.
