Descrizione:Bromodomain-containing protein 1 (BRCA1) is a transcriptional regulator that contains two bromodomains. BRCA1 is a tumor suppressor protein that has been shown to play a role in the transcriptional regulation of inflammatory genes and genes involved in DNA repair.
