• Descrizione: 4-(Pyrazol-1-yl)piperidine is an inhibitor of kinases. It has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells in vitro, with significant antiproliferative activity. 4-(Pyrazol-1-yl)piperidine has potent inhibition against a number of pyridine kinases, including Aurora A and B, c-Met, and PDGF receptor tyrosine kinase. It also potently inhibits the constitutive activation of c-Met by tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFα). 4-(Pyrazol-1-yl)piperidine has been shown to be effective in inhibiting the growth of cancer cells in vitro and in vivo.
