Descrizione

Verbenalin is a natural product that has been isolated from Curcuma aromatica. It has been shown to have a number of biological activities, such as the inhibition of autophagy, the inhibition of energy metabolism in neuronal cells, and the induction of neurodegeneration. Verbenalin may also have anti-inflammatory activity due to its ability to inhibit prostaglandin synthesis. This compound is not toxic to fetal bovine cells at concentrations up to 100 µM.
