Descrizione

2'-Amino-2'-deoxyguanosine is a nucleoside that is formed from the deamination of guanosine. It is found in human urine and has been shown to have low energy levels and transport properties. 2'-Amino-2'-deoxyguanosine has been used for the determination of RNA synthesis in clinical studies, and has been shown to be a useful biomarker for plasma levels. This nucleoside also has functional groups that include a cyclohexane ring and an amino group. It binds to the cb1 receptor and its biological relevance may be due to its ability to transfer molecules across membranes.
