Descrizione

3'-O-Allylguanosine is a antiviral agent that belongs to the group of synthetic nucleosides. It is a monophosphate analog of guanosine and an activator of ribonucleotide reductase. 3'-O-Allylguanosine has been shown to be effective against cancer cells in vitro.
