Descrizione:3'-O-tert-Butyldimethylsilyladenosine is a synthetic nucleoside that is an antiviral agent with high purity. It has been shown to have anticancer properties and can be used as a deoxyribonucleoside activator or as a novel monophosphate nucleoside. 3'-O-tert-Butyldimethylsilyladenosine is also modified with an alkyl group for the phosphoramidite building block synthesis of DNA, RNA, and oligonucleotides. It has been shown to inhibit the synthesis of DNA and RNA by binding to the enzyme ribonucleotide reductase in cells.
