2'-Deoxy-3'-O-DMT-N2-Isobutyrylguanosine is a synthetic nucleoside that has the ability to activate and inhibit the growth of cancer cells. This compound is a phosphoramidite, and it has been modified by the addition of an isobutyrate group at the 2' position.
