Descrizione

2'-Deoxy-a-guanosine is a nucleoside that is modified by the substitution of its ribose sugar with deoxyribose. It is used in anticancer and antiviral research. This chemical has been shown to inhibit DNA synthesis and RNA polymerase activity. 2'-Deoxy-a-guanosine has also been shown to have an anti-inflammatory effect, which may be due to its inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis.
