Descrizione:INCB053914 is a potent and selective inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinases 4 and 6 (CDK4/6). It has been shown to inhibit the proliferation of human prostate cancer cells and T-cell lymphomas. INCB053914 also inhibits the growth of these cells by preventing the phosphorylation of retinoblastoma protein, which is required for cell cycle progression. INCB053914 binds to the ATP binding site on CDK4/6, blocking its interaction with cyclin D or E. This results in inhibition of DNA synthesis, cellular division, and ultimately cell death.
