Descrizione

Astragaloside III is a natural compound that inhibits the function of P-glycoprotein (P-gp) by binding to the drug transporter protein. It has been shown to inhibit the efflux of drugs from cells and to affect energy metabolism, which may be due to its ability to bind to a protein target. Astragaloside III also has anti-tumor response and biological properties, including inhibition of infectious diseases and surface methodology. Astragaloside III can be used in preparative hplc using glycoside derivatives, but when using matrix effect, 4-hydroxycinnamic acid is required. The lc-ms/ms method should be used for high-throughput screening.
