2'-O-tert-Butyldimethylsilyl-5'-O-DMT-uridine 3'-CE phosphoramidite is a nucleoside that is synthesized by the modification of uridine with a 2'-O-tert-butyldimethylsilyl group, followed by coupling with 5'-O-DMT.
