Informazioni sul prodotto
- boronic acid, B-[2-(dimethylamino)phenyl]-
2-(Dimethylamino)phenylboronic acid is a boronic acid that has a chiral center. It is an enantiopure compound that can be used to synthesize other compounds with the same chiral center. This compound can also be used as a stereoselective inductor in the transfer of electron from an aldehyde to form an alkyl sulfoxide, which can then be converted into an organic sulfinyl or ammonium salt. The fluorescence of this compound is enhanced by phenanthrenequinone and it can be used for fluorescent labeling of nucleotides. 2-(Dimethylamino)phenylboronic acid also reacts with benzaldehyde and nitroethane to produce substituted phenylboronic esters, which are useful in nerve research.
