Pyraclofos-d7 is an analog of pyraclofos, which is a potent inhibitor of kinases. It has been shown to inhibit the activity of Chinese hamster ovary cell kinases and human cancer cell kinases. Pyraclofos-d7 has also been found in urine samples from patients receiving nalbuphine, an anticancer drug used to treat tumors. This compound has demonstrated significant anticancer activity in vitro against a range of cancer cell lines, including thyroid cancer cells. Pyraclofos-d7 induces apoptosis in cancer cells, leading to their death. It may serve as a potential therapeutic agent for the treatment of various cancers by inhibiting kinase activity and inducing apoptosis.
