Descrizione:BTS 44595 is a fungicide that is used to control the growth of fungi on plants. It is a systemic compound that can be absorbed by plant roots and transported to other parts of the plant. The compound has been shown to inhibit the production of sclerotia in Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, which are structures formed by filamentous fungi when they are in an environment with low humidity. BTS 44595 is classified as a regulatory substance by the European Union and its residue profile was determined using analytical methods such as gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. This pesticide has also been found to be toxic for phoma cells grown in culture and it has been shown to have a high uptake into rats following oral exposure.
