Descrizione:Diclocymet is a synergistic herbicide that belongs to the cinnamic acid derivatives. It has been shown to inhibit the growth of plants by inhibiting enzymes such as amide and c1-c4 haloalkyl amidohydrolases. Diclocymet also inhibits the synthesis of proteins, which may be due to its ability to bind nitrogen atoms. The site specific action of diclocymet may be due to its ability to compete with glyphosate for binding sites on plant membranes. This pesticide is used in agrochemical formulations for control of weeds, fungi, and insects.
