Descrizione:JWH-145 is a synthetic cannabinoid that has high affinity for the CB2 receptor and moderate affinity for the CB1 receptor. It also interacts with other receptors, such as the n-methyl-d-aspartate (NMDA) receptor, which is important for learning and memory. JWH-145 binds to these receptors in a similar manner to endocannabinoids. The pyrrole derivatives of this drug have been shown to bind to cb1 receptors, but not cb2 receptors, suggesting that it may be useful for treating chronic pain without producing the same degree of psychoactive effects seen with other cannabinoids.
