Descrizione:4-Methoxybutyl Acetate is a reactive ester compound that can be used as a corrosion inhibitor. It has been shown to prevent the formation of cavities in steel vessels, coatings on aluminum and zinc, and polymeric materials. The coating is often applied as an organic polymer or an inorganic oxide. 4-Methoxybutyl Acetate has also been shown to have anti-static properties. This chemical reacts with other ester compounds to form a solid film on the surface of various substrates. It is reactive with hydroxyl groups, diphenylmethane, and lamellar structures. 4-Methoxybutyl Acetate also has a low viscosity and can be used as a solvent for coatings or paints.
