Descrizione:Tankyrase1/2 Inhibitor III is a molecule that binds to tankyrases, which are enzymes involved in the regulation of telomere length. Tankyrases maintain telomere length by adding TTAGGG repeats to the chromosome ends. This inhibitor prevents the addition of these repeats and has been shown to inhibit cancer cell growth. The molecule also increases the sensitivity of cancer cells to other chemotherapeutic drugs, such as doxorubicin and cisplatin, by enhancing their effects. Tankyrase1/2 Inhibitor III is a small molecule with a molecular weight of approximately 330 daltons. It has two modifications on its heterocyclic ring system: triazolo and phenyl groups. Tankyrase1/2 Inhibitor III has an integrated diode that can be used for detection purposes, as well as a transistor that can be used for amplification purposes.
