• Descrizione: 4-Phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazole (PPHT) is a ligand that binds to ancillary positions of triazole, heterocycle and phenyl rings. PPHT has been shown to be an effective inhibitor of the photophysical properties of intramolecular hydrogen. The compound has been shown to inhibit the growth of MCF-7 cells in vitro by binding to specific residues on phospholipids in the cell membrane. It also inhibits the synthesis of proteins and nucleic acids in these cells. Finally, PPHT emits light under certain conditions due to its fluorescence properties.
