Descrizione:CU CPT 22 is a synthetic peptide that is structurally similar to the human cytokine TNF-α. It has the same biological activity as TNF-α and is able to bind with high affinity to the TNF receptor, TNFR1. CU CPT 22 has been shown to be an effective treatment for inflammatory diseases by reducing inflammation through its interaction with TNFR1. This drug can also inhibit protein synthesis in cells, which may lead to cell death. CU CPT 22 also has a role in osteogenesis and cellular differentiation and can induce toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) expression on macrophages, which may play a role in autoimmune diseases.
