G-36 is a drug that has been shown to be effective in the treatment of endometriotic lesions. G-36 suppresses the transmission of stimuli from nociceptors, thereby preventing pain signals from being transmitted through nerves or spinal cord. G-36 may also have an effect on cell differentiation or proliferation because it was shown in mice that it can inhibit tumor growth.
