• Descrizione: 4-Allyloxy 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine is an allylic compound that is used as a stabilizer for the environment. It has been found to be a more effective stabilizer than 4-methylbenzene sulfonate (4MBS) and 4-tert-butylphenol (4TBP), which are currently used in industrial processes such as paper manufacturing. Unlike other compounds, 4AOMP does not react with chloride ions and can therefore be added to wastewater without producing toxic chlorine gas. This compound also reduces the reaction time by 50% and can lower the temperature of the reaction by two degrees Celsius. The use of this compound has been shown to simplify reactions in catalytic hydrogenation, oxidation reactions, and alkali-promoted reactions.
