• Descrizione: Diethyl phthalate-3,4,5,6-d4 (DEPTD4) is a deuterated monomer of diethyl phthalate. It is used in the production of polyvinyl chloride and other vinyl resins. DEPTD4 can be extracted from polymerized samples using dispersive solid-phase extraction (SPE). This method involves the use of a solid sorbent material that has been treated with an organic solvent. The sample is dissolved in an organic solvent and then applied to the surface of the sorbent material. The solvent evaporates and analytes are captured by the sorbent material. The analytes are then eluted from the sorbent material with a second solvent. This process can be repeated to increase the amount of analyte collected on the sorbent material.
