Descrizione:TG 003 is a lipid peroxidation product that can be used as a marker for oxidative stress. TG 003 has been shown to inhibit the growth of bacteria, including Staphylococcus aureus and Enterococcus faecalis, by binding to factor receptor and blocking the production of bacterial cell wall. TG 003 has also been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties, which may be due to its ability to inhibit platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) in vitro. TG 003 is bioluminescent assay that can measure the release of light from cells when they are exposed to oxidative stress. This measurement can be used as an indicator of the amount of reactive oxygen species (ROS) present in cells indicative of cellular damage and inflammatory response.
