• Descrizione: GSK J5 is a lysine-specific histone methyltransferase inhibitor that is used to treat cancer and autoimmune diseases. GSK J5 inhibits the activity of histone methyltransferases, which are enzymes that transfer methyl groups to specific lysine residues in the chromatin. This results in transcriptional repression, which can be reversed by removing the drug. GSK J5 has been shown to cause cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in primary cells and inhibit endothelial cell proliferation in vitro.
