Descrizione:A 77636 Hydrochloride is a neutralizing antibody that binds to the polyglutamine region of the huntingtin protein, which is involved in the development of neurological diseases such as Huntington’s disease. It also has a strong affinity for dopamine and can be used to treat Parkinson's disease. A 77636 hydrochloride is activated by intravitreal injection and has been shown to penetrate into the retina and vitreous humour with minimal systemic exposure. The antibody has been shown to prevent neuronal death in animal models of neurodegenerative diseases, including Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, and multiple sclerosis. A 77636 hydrochloride also blocks inflammation by inhibiting the release of pro-inflammatory cytokines from T cells and monocytes.
