Informazioni sul prodotto
HIF-2 inhibitor 2 is an optical sensor that is used to detect the activity of HIF-2 in a cell. The monoclonal antibodies are specific for HIF-2, and can be used to determine the effective dose of HIF-2 inhibitor 2. The monocarboxylic acid section is a reactive group on the antibody that binds to HIF-2. This binding can be detected by light from a laser, which produces a change in fluorescence intensity. This change in fluorescence intensity can then be related to the concentration of HIF-2 in vivo. Monoclonal antibodies are also used to detect other proteins involved in cancer, such as hypoxia inducible factors (HIFs).
