Informazioni sul prodotto
Phenofluor is a boronic acid that inhibits the proliferation of cancer cells. Phenofluor inhibits the growth of cancer cells by binding to an electron-deficient point on the cell surface, which prevents them from dividing. This boronic acid also has an inhibitory effect on the production of inflammatory cytokines and reduces local inflammation, which may be due to its ability to inhibit nitric oxide synthase activity. The mechanism of this inhibition is not yet known. Phenofluor has been shown to have a positive effect in horticultural use as a fungicide and herbicide, but it is not effective against bacteria or fungi resistant to phenylpyridinium salts.
