Descrizione:The SafeDye 50bp ladder plus is ideal for determining the size of double-stranded DNA from 50 to 1000 base pairs. The ladder consists of 8 linear double-stranded fragments .The 250bp and 500bp fragment are present at increased intensity to allow easy identification. All fragments are precisely quantified and mixed during the production. BioLit™ SafeDye emits green fluorescence when bound to dsDNA, ssDNA and RNA. This stain has a fluorescence excitation maxima when bound to nucleic acid at approx. 290-320nm and emits at 490nm. This dye replaces Ethidium Bromide (toxic, potential mutagen) for visualisation of DNA or RNA in Agarose gel.
