Descrizione:The SafeDye 1kb ladder plus is ideal for determining the size of double-stranded DNA from 100 to 10,000 base pairs. The ladder consists of 15 linear double-stranded fragments. The 500bp and 3,000bp fragment are present at increased intensity to allow easy identification. All fragments are precisely quantified and mixed during the production. BioLit™ SafeDye emits green fluorescence when bound to dsDNA, ssDNA and RNA. This stain has a fluorescence excitation maxima when bound to nucleic acid at approx. 290-320nm and emits at 490nm. This dye replaces Ethidium Bromide (toxic, potential mutagen) for visualisation of DNA or RNA in Agarose gel.
