Applications A metabolite of Icariin. Icaritin and Desmethylicaritin, two metabolites of Icariin, dramatically inhibit the growth of most malignant cells. They also have significant antiangiogenesis properties, inhibiting or eliminating entirely the development of new malignant cells.
