Applications D-(+)-Epinephrine, is an isomer of L-(-)-Epinephrine (E588580), is a hormone and a neurotransmitter. It is a Principal sympathomimetic hormone produced by the adrenal medulla. a Bronchodilator, cardiostimulant, mydriatic, and antiglaucoma.
